only for so long..

feels like im fighting with time.. trying to do the impossible. My thoughts are driving me crazy and I don't know how much longer i can handle the torment inside my head.. I don't want to be this way anymore- feeling like I'm some sort of freak. I just want to be able to live a normal life and have normal feelings and just be happy..

  1. Here are my thoughts:

Saving the world would be an impossible feat for anyone. Jesus Christ himself will only be able to save those who believe Him and want to follow Him and we know that another 1/3rd of all those who have lived on this earth will choose to follow Satan and this will take place only AFTER He comes again.

However, the desire to help people and to do something big in this life is an admirable one and with the Lord's help you certainly can do these things.

What better way, to make a difference in the world, is there than to take those immediately around you and lift them up? You have many people in your life in need of saving, most importantly you! But you have family members and friends whom you can also inspire for good. And if you can inspire them to follow Christ, to come unto Him, then you will have saved their souls and I know of no greater salvation then that.

Start in your relm of influence and think of someone that you can help today. Then do the same thing tomorrow and the next day. If you can help the people you come in contact with every day, you will have indeed made a difference in the world.

I think you will find that helping one person a day is less daunting than taking on the world as a whole. One person a day, even if it's the same person over a long period of time, is still 365 improvements to the world each year, made by you personally! That goal is attainable!

"A human being is a part of a whole. He experiences himself, his thoughts and feelings as something separated from the rest... a kind of optical delusion of his consciousness. This delusion is a kind of prison for us, restricting us to our personal desires and to affection for a few persons nearest to us. Our task must be to free ourselves from this prison by widening our circle of compassion to embrace all living creatures and the whole of nature in its beauty" -Albert Einstein
