ode to summer

Okay, so summers officially over. wow. that was one epic summer... here's my ode to summer 09:

  • survived the wilderness
  • survived a huge storm while staying in a cabin
  • saw my beautiful new baby cousin
  • climbed on top of a waterfall
  • realized that I have an amazing family and amazing friends
  • cut off 10 inches of hair
  • got my very own letterman jacket
  • pulled a muscle while marching
  • went to the most 'magical place on earth' for the first time
  • went to outer space ;) [haha kels]
  • experienced absolute happiness
  • experienced absolute horror
  • bonded with my amazing aunt, tauna
  • saw cali for the first time since 7th grade
  • cried in front of someone
  • learned to play violin
  • read two novels
  • went tubing for the first time
  • drove my moms SUV
  • told my mom everything..
  • told my dad everything..
  • gave a talk in church
  • took a plane ride completely alone to atlanta
  • tried to help..
  • made a plan
  • found a new kind of insanity
  • fell in love (:

and the list goes on...

and i will always remember the summer that changed my life-
